Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts within the travel and tourism sector, especially in promoting tour packages, ticketing, groups, MICE and VISA services. The role will be based in Goa and need to travel across the nation. 

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute strategic marketing campaigns to promote tour packages and travel services.

Direct efforts towards revenue generation.

Align marketing initiatives with sales and operations goals for maximum business impact.

Track campaign performance, analyze ROI, and optimize for better results.

Research market trends and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.

Build partnerships with hotels, airlines, vendors. 

Represent the company at travel expos, trade fairs, and industry events.

Conduct regular competitor and market analysis to inform strategies.

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.

Manage marketing budgets and drive cost-effective strategies.

Requirements:

Knowledge of the Travel and Tourism Industry.

Excellent communication, email, and phone etiquette skills.

Computer proficiency, including MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

Analytical mindset with leadership potential.

Willingness to travel across nation if needed.

Fast learner with a passion for travel and readiness to work on-the-go.
