Office in charge

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Office Incharge to lead our ground team in Mapusa while actively participating in field operations. This is a working leadership role — you will manage the team, handle daily office coordination, and also work on the ground alongside the team as needed. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, good at people management, and comfortable working in both office and field environments.
