💼 Key Responsibilities🍕 kitchen Preparation:

• Prepare and bake a variety of pasta and sandwiches with precision and consistency.
• Manage dough preparation, topping selection, and wood fired oven operation.

🥗 Menu Execution:

• Assist in preparing continental dishes and side items.
• Follow standard recipes and maintain portion control.

🔥 Kitchen Operations:

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.

👨‍🍳 Quality & Presentation:

• Maintain consistent taste, texture, and presentation of dishes.
• Experiment with new flavors and contribute to menu innovation.

🕒 Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with chefs and kitchen staff for smooth daily operations.
• Support the Head Chef in inventory checks and order planning.
