Role Overview

The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for preparing accurate project quotations, sourcing HVAC materials and equipment, negotiating vendor pricing, and ensuring timely procurement to support ongoing projects.

This role is critical to maintaining project profitability, cost control, and smooth coordination between procurement, engineering, and project teams.

What You Will Do

·       Prepare detailed quotations based on project requirements and BOQs

·       Source HVAC materials, equipment, and components from vendors

·       Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to achieve cost efficiencies

·       Coordinate with engineering and project teams to understand requirements

·       Ensure timely procurement to avoid project delays

·       Maintain and update vendor databases and price references

·       Track orders and follow up with vendors for delivery timelines

Systems & Equipment You Will Work With

·       Procurement and quotation work may involve:

·       Chillers (Air-cooled / Water-cooled)

·       Air Handling Units (AHU)

·       Fan Coil Units (FCU)

·       VRF / VRV outdoor & indoor units

·       Cooling Towers

·       Package Units / Rooftop Units (RTU)

·       Heat Pumps

·       Exhaust & Fresh Air Systems

·       Air distribution systems

·       HVAC piping and insulation

·       Electrical and control components

·       Ventilation systems

What We Are Looking For

Must Have

·       Experience in procurement or quotation preparation

·       Comfortable working on Excel and preparing cost sheets

·       Basic understanding of HVAC materials and components

Good to Have

·       Understanding of electrical and mechanical components

·       Ability to read or work with BOQs
