Restaurant Captain

Location: Baaree Beach Club, Vagator, Goa

Position: Restaurant Captain

Role & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant floor operations
• Lead, guide, and motivate service staff to deliver excellent guest experience
• Take charge of table allocations, reservations, and guest handling
• Ensure service standards, hygiene, and grooming are strictly followed
• Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar for smooth service flow
• Train new staff and monitor team performance
• Ensure timely billing and accurate order execution

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years experience as Restaurant Captain / Senior Steward
• Experience in beach club / lounge / fine dining preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Good knowledge of food & beverage service
• Ability to handle high-volume operations and VIP guests
• Well-groomed, confident, and customer-focused
