- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue goals for rooms, events, and F&B.
- Build relationships with travel agents, corporates, and wedding planners; negotiate contracts.
- Identify new business via site inspections, trade shows, and local networking in North Goa.
- Collaborate with reservations and front office for seamless guest experiences.
- Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and conduct market analysis on competitors
