Store Keeper

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and accurately recorded.
• Stock Control: Conduct regular stock checks, update inventory records, and ensure timely replenishment of items to meet business requirements.
• Receiving and Inspecting Shipments: Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, inspect goods for damage, and ensure correct quantities are received.
• Order Fulfillment: Assist in picking, packing, and organizing orders for internal or external customers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Warehouse Organization: Maintain an organized and tidy store or warehouse, implementing proper labeling, shelving, and stock rotation techniques.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate reports of stock levels, deliveries, and any discrepancies. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines in handling materials, ensuring a safe work environment.
• Coordination with Other Departments: Collaborate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of goods.
• Stock Audits: Participate in periodic inventory audits to ensure accuracy of stock records and investigate any variances.
