Store Manager

Lead and oversee daily store operations to ensure exceptional customer service through:

- Coordination with customers over the phone

- Coordination with pickup and delivery executives for timely service

- Quality control of every article received and accurate tagging of clothes

- Coordination with washermen and ironmen for smooth workflow

- Daily management and updating of billing software

- Administrative duties including reporting, cash management, and documentation

- Monitoring stock levels and maintaining high quality standards
