Waiter / Steward

We are looking for a polite, attentive, and customer-oriented Waiter/Steward to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent guest service, maintaining cleanliness, and providing a pleasant dining experience.

• Key Responsibilities:Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner
• Present menu, take food & beverage orders, and serve them promptly
• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and well-maintained
• Assist in recommending dishes and upselling specials
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order delivery
• Handle guest queries and complaints professionally
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the dining area
• Process billing and handle cash/card payments if required
