📌 Job Responsibilities – Sales Executive


Company: Jumbo TMX

Industry: TMT Bars / Construction Materials



1️⃣ Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets (tonnage-based targets).
  • Generate primary sales from dealers and distributors.
  • Drive secondary sales through contractor and site engagement.
  • Increase repeat orders through Jumbo Connect App.
  • Ensure minimum tonnage commitment per dealer (e.g., 50T/month benchmark).


2️⃣ Dealer & Distributor Management

  • Appoint new dealers in assigned territory.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers.
  • Ensure timely order booking and payment follow-ups.
  • Educate dealers about:
  • App ordering benefits
  • Advance payment discounts
  • Loyalty points system (100 points per ton)
  • Tier programs (Bronze / Silver / Gold if applicable)


3️⃣ Contractor & Site Development



  • Visit construction sites daily.
  • Build relationship with contractors & builders.
  • Promote Jumbo TMX quality & brand positioning.
  • Collect competitor pricing & scheme information.
  • Generate demand from site level and route to dealer.


4️⃣ Market Intelligence & Reporting



  • Share daily market rates of competing brands.
  • Track competitor schemes and credit policies.
  • Submit Daily Sales Report (DSR).
  • Provide feedback on price sensitivity & market demand trends.


5️⃣ Collections & Credit Control



  • Coordinate with dealers for timely payments.
  • Monitor outstanding and credit days.
  • Support finance team in reconciliation if required.


6️⃣ Brand Promotion & Activities



  • Organize:
  • Dealer meets
  • Contractor meetings
  • Site branding activities
  • Distribute marketing materials (banners, boards, leaflets).
  • Support promotional campaigns (e.g., loyalty programs, reward schemes).


7️⃣ App & Digital Adoption


  • Ensure dealers place orders through Jumbo Connect App.
  • Train dealers and staff on app usage.
  • Push advance payment orders for better working capital cycle.
