एलआईसी की बीमा सखी (एमसीए योजना) एक वजीफा योजना है, जो विशेष रूप से महिलाओं के लिए है , जिसकी वजीफा अवधि 3 वर्ष है ।
एमसीए योजना के अंतर्गत किसी व्यक्ति की नियुक्ति को निगम के कर्मचारी के रूप में वेतनभोगी नियुक्ति नहीं माना जाएगा।
आवेदन की तिथि पर न्यूनतम आयु 18 वर्ष होनी चाहिए। प्रवेश के समय अधिकतम आयु 70 वर्ष (अंतिम जन्मदिन) होगी।
