This is a structured Work From Home telesales role responsible for contacting company-provided leads, explaining DigiKray Market Academy’s digital services and HRM-related solutions, answering basic queries, and supporting the sales process as per defined company guidelines.

The role requires professional communication, systematic follow-ups, and accurate CRM-based reporting. All activities are governed by company processes, performance metrics, and compliance standards.

Selected candidates will undergo online training and will be evaluated on discipline, consistency, and overall performance.
