- Prepare reports and update senior management.

*Qualifications:*

- Minimum 2 years of experience in management or a related field.

- Knowledge of financial services and a good understanding of Loan DSA processes.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

*Responsibilities:*

- Oversee and coordinate the tasks of team members.

- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients.

- Maintain effective communication with clients and resolve their issues.

- Ensure a high-quality customer experience.

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader or a similar position.

- Experience in financial services and excellence in customer service.

- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
