Job Description – Mechanic Sales Representative

Two-Wheeler Spare Parts**

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative (Demand Generator) to promote and sell two-wheeler spare parts in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for generating demand, building strong relationships with retailers, mechanics, distributors, and workshops, and ensuring consistent sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard mechanics, retailers, and workshops to generate demand for two-wheeler spare parts.
• Promote the company’s spare parts portfolio and create product awareness among target customers.
• Conduct mechanic meets, shop visits, and local promotional activities to build product visibility.
• Achieve monthly sales targets by driving orders through mechanics and retailers.
• Collect and analyze market feedback on product performance, pricing, and competition.
• Ensure proper display and branding of spare parts at retail counters.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with distributors, mechanics, and retailers.
• Provide after-sales support and address customer concerns to enhance satisfaction.
• Report daily/weekly sales activities, customer feedback, and competitor activities to the sales manager.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred).
• Prior experience in sales of two-wheeler spare parts, lubricants, or related automotive products is an advantage.
• Strong network of mechanics, retailers, and workshops in the assigned area.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to achieve sales targets.
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory).

Compensation & Benefits

-         Salary CTC 25000 To 27000 (PF ESIC Also included)
