Ø Design Marketing plan for generating admission leads

Ø Handle enquiries, admission counseling & conversions

Ø Plan strategies for business growth & development at the preschool

Ø Ensure adherence to policies for their implementation

Ø Participation in the selection and appointment of teaching and non-teaching staff and accountability for recruited staff

Ø Assigning roles and responsibilities & facilitate in KRA decision making of all teaching staff

Ø Evaluating the standards of teaching and learning & conducting weekly staff review meetings

Ø Undertake teacher training for staff improvement

Ø Lesson observation and responsible for curriculum transaction

Ø Supervise and participate in the conduct appraisal of all teaching staff
