Job Description – Telecaller (Credit Card Sales)

We are hiring professional and target-driven Telecallers for Credit Card Sales.

The role involves making outbound calls to prospective customers, explaining credit card features and benefits, and generating qualified leads or activations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Explain credit card offers, eligibility, and benefits clearly
• Follow up with interested customers to close sales
• Maintain accurate customer records and basic MIS
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
• Professional attitude with persuasive abilities
• Prior experience in telecalling or sales preferred (freshers may apply)
• Goal-oriented and customer-focused approach
