Job Description
Job ResponsibilitiesDaily data entry and accounting work in Busy ERP
- Creating Sales Bills, Purchase Bills, Credit/Debit Notes
- Maintaining Stock, Inventory & Batch-wise records
- Party ledger maintenance and reconciliation
- Handling GST entries, returns data preparation & reports
- Generating reports: Sales, Purchase, Stock, Outstanding, GST
- Backup and safe handling of accounting data
- Coordination with accountant/management for daily updates
1–3 years experience working on Busy ERP
Good knowledge of Accounting basics
Understanding of GST & Inventory management
Basic computer skills: MS Excel, MS Word
Accuracy, attention to detail & time management
