• Key ResponsibilitiesPick up and deliver parcels/orders to customers on time.
• Verify the correctness of the delivery items before leaving the hub/store.
• Maintain communication with dispatch and support teams.
• Collect payments (if applicable) and submit them correctly.
• Handle products safely and ensure no damage occurs.
• Follow traffic rules and company delivery guidelines.
• Maintain a clean vehicle (bike/scooter) and ensure proper documents.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
• RequirementsMinimum education: 10th Pass (preferred but not mandatory).
• Must have a valid Driving License (Two-wheeler).
• Own bike/scooter (if required by company).
• Good knowledge of local routes.
• Ability to use smartphone apps (for navigation & delivery updates).
• Physically fit and able to handle workload.
• Good communication and time management skills.
