Job Description
- Supervisor (SS) to visit the site and meet the Client Engineer and check site availability and also understand the clients requirement. Based on discussion with client, make a preliminary site report (SR 1) and submit by email/ whatsapp to CM.
- Coordinate with the CM for the supply and mobilisation of the labour at your site & update client.
- If site is not ready in earlier visit, then upon CMs instruction, reach the site and check clearance once again.
- Call for labour only if satisfied that site is ready to avoid idle charges.
- Understand gate pass procedure for materials and manpower.
- Arrange accommodation for self and workers.
- Leakage test of tanks before starting.
- Check slopes and line level of floors and walls to avoid excess material consumption.
- Concrete should be sound. No hollow sound.
- Arrange scaffolding & tools as required.
- Make gatepass entry of all i.e. self, contractors & workers
- Carry out Tool-box meetings and safety training and submit report to CM.
- Explain to the workers the specification of the job being done and the consumption of material per m2 as per the methodology required by client and instructed by CM.
- If any deviation then you should inform immediately to CM.
- Take workers to the site and start job. Check the quality & quantities of the work as per the methodology sheet & submitted materials consumptions.
- Fill PF & ESI forms and submit the same to office / generate online UAN of all workers / contractors at site.
- Take stock everyday and submit to CM.
- Payment follow-ups & full knowledge of the outstanding of your site.
- Take fortnight measurement sheet and make bills
- Understand compliances required by client to clear bills & release payment
- Attendance submission monthly of site online sheet / offline sheet
- Submit all relevant documents of materials receipt at site with clients / party acknowledgement / stamped & signed like Delivery challan, waybill & invoice copies, measurement sheets every month without fail.
- Submit the petty cash/expenses sheet every month by 3rd to CM.
- Close site as per order and clear all compliances of your site before leaving to other site.
