Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales for JINSIL products in assigned territories
• Onboard and maintain relationships with retailers, chemists, salons, and distributors
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain benefits to customers and partners
• Collect market feedback and competitor insights

Marketing Responsibilities

• Execute on-ground marketing activities (retailer branding, sampling, promotions)
• Support influencer, doctor, or dermatologist tie-ups where required
• Assist in offline campaigns, exhibitions, and product launches
• Coordinate with the digital team for local marketing support
• Ensure correct product placement and visibility at stores

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of skincare, cosmetic, pharma, or FMCG sales (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus
• Must be field-ready and proactive
