Telecalling Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, promote store offers, and support customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a polite, convincing approach.

• Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers to inform them about offers, discounts, and new arrivals
• Handle inbound customer queries related to products, availability, and store details
• Follow up with existing and potential customers to increase store footfall
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer feedback
• Coordinate with store staff for promotions and customer requirements
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication

• Requirements & Skills

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Graduate preferred)
• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of computers and calling systems
• Customer-oriented attitude with convincing skills
