Job Description
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred).
- 1–4 years of experience in in-house collections, NBFC, fintech, or financial services.
- Hands-on experience handling all collection buckets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM/collection systems.
- Understanding of RBI and regulatory guidelines (preferred).
