Job Description: Customer Success Executive

Role Objective

The Customer Success Intern will support the Customer Success function by tracking customer iissues, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns. The role is execution-focused and centered around data tracking, follow-ups, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Track customer complaints, service requests, and escalations on a daily basis
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely closure of customer issues
• Monitor and update customer-centric KPIs such as TAT, repeat complaints, and resolution status
• Maintain accurate customer data, trackers, and dashboards
• Follow up on open cases and ensure closure as per defined SLAs
• Identify recurring issues and flag them to the reporting manager
• Prepare periodic reports and summaries for management review
• Support process documentation and improvement initiatives

Experience & Qualification

1–2 years of prior experience in a customer-facing role is mandatory, preferably in support desk, customer service, or query resolution functions. Candidates must have hands-on experience in handling customer interactions and resolving operational queries.
