Job Description
🔴 Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve SIM activation targets at retail outlets.
- Expand retail reach and product availability to grow market share.
- Manage channel partners and FSE productivity effectively.
- Train and guide FSEs along with distributors for stronger execution.
- Ensure stock availability at distributors and retail outlets.
- Strengthen distribution by increasing Recharge and SIM-selling outlets.
- Maximize ROI for distributors and retailers.
- Monitor competitor activities and share insights with the JC and State S&D Team.
- Recommend visibility enhancements within the territory.
