Role Overview:We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented HR Manager – Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end hiring activities and support core HR operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on recruitment experience & strong coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level positions across functions
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, consultants, and local hiring channels
• Conduct initial screening, telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Drive offer rollout, negotiation, and joining follow-ups to ensure closure
• Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and hiring MIS

Stakeholder Coordination:

• Work closely with business heads and line managers to understand manpower planning and role requirements
• Ensure timely fulfillment of hiring needs as per business timelines

Onboarding & HR Operations Support:

• Manage onboarding formalities, documentation, and induction coordination
• Support employee records management and HR compliance documentation
• Assist in attendance, leave records, and HR data management

Process Improvement:

• Continuously improve sourcing strategies and hiring turnaround time
• Ensure adherence to recruitment processes and internal policies
• Key Skills & Competencies:Strong understanding of recruitment life cycle
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Qualifications:MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition or HR recruitment
