Sales Team Leader

1. Team Management

Supervise field staff: Sales Executives, Courier Point Officers, and Customer Onboarding Assistants

Monitor daily work status and ensure accountability

2. Target Monitoring & Performance Reporting

Track monthly targets of each team member

Identify underperformance issues and guide improvements

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for management

3. Training & Team Motivation

Conduct onboarding and training for new hires

Motivate the team to achieve their targets

Recognize and recommend rewards for high performers

4. Field Visit & Ground Supervision

Regular visits to sellers, courier points, and customers for inspection and support

Provide on-spot solutions when field issues arise

5. Communication Bridge

Act as a bridge between company leadership and field team

Relay customer or team feedback to backend/admin team
