Senior Finance Executive

• Job Responsibilities:



• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities of the organization
• Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and monthly/quarterly closings
• Handle accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, and income tax
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and Tata AIA support teams for financial reporting
• Monitor commission accounting, payouts, and reconciliation related to Tata AIA policies
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation as per company and regulatory standards
• Support management with financial analysis and decision-making inputs
• Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Experience in insurance or financial services industry preferred
• Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Qualifications: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
• CA Inter / relevant finance certifications preferred
• Preferred Candidate Profile: Prior experience in financial services or insurance domain (Tata AIA experience is an advantage)
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential financial data
• Strong coordination and communication skills
