Job Description
Welcome and attend walk-in customers in the showroom
Understand customer requirements for furniture such as sofa, bed, wardrobe, modular kitchen, dining sets etc.
Explain product features, materials, pricing and offers
Prepare quotations and close sales
Maintain customer database and follow up on enquiries
Ensure showroom display and product presentation is attractive
Coordinate with delivery and installation teams
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom revenue
