Job Title: Telecaller – Collection Intern

Responsibilities:

• Outbound calls for payment follow-ups and collections
• Remind customers about due and overdue payments
• Update call details and payment status
• Coordinate with internal teams for closure

Requirements:

• Graduate (mandatory)
• Fluent in Hindi (mandatory)
• Good communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable with calling-based work
