Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and trustworthy Field Sales Executive to promote our jewellery savings schemes, open new accounts, collect customer payments, and ensure timely deposits to the office. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and preferably own a two-wheeler for field visits.

Key Responsibilities:

Open New Jewellery Scheme Accounts:

• Approach potential customers, explain jewellery saving plans, and help them enroll in suitable schemes.

Payment Collection & Deposits:

• Collect payments from customers on time, issue proper receipts, and deposit the collected amount at the office or designated bank daily.

Customer Management:

• Maintain strong relationships with customers, provide regular updates about their schemes, and assist with queries or renewals.

Field Visits & Reporting:

• Conduct regular visits to existing and new customers in assigned areas.
• Maintain accurate daily records of collections, new accounts, and customer interactions.
• Report progress and field updates to the Sales Manager.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
• 1–3 years of experience in field sales (experience in jewellery, finance, or collection-based roles preferred).
• Freshers are also welcome.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, disciplined, and customer-oriented.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Basic knowledge of using smartphones or apps for record keeping.
