Medical Representative (MR)

job Summary:

A Medical Representative (MR) is responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to doctors, healthcare professionals, and hospitals. The role involves building strong relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and increasing awareness about the company’s products through effective communication and product knowledge.

• Key Responsibilities:Promote and sell the company’s pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.
• Schedule appointments and meet doctors on a regular basis to detail the company’s products.
• Implement marketing strategies and campaigns provided by the company.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
• Provide feedback to management about competitors’ activities and market trends.
• Ensure product availability in assigned territory.
• Attend company meetings, training programs, and conferences.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, or any related field (preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong product and market knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, reporting tools).
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
• Experience:Freshers can apply (training will be provided).
• Experience (1–3 years) in pharmaceutical sales is an added advantage.
