*Roles & Responsibilities*

*New Business Development: Identify new business prospects for health insurance, generate leads, conduct follow-ups, and convert them into sales.

*Client Consultation: Analyze existing insurance policies of prospects/clients and provide appropriate advice on alternative plans based on their specific needs.

*Policy Management: Manage and follow up on policy renewals.

*After-Sales Support: Provide comprehensive after-sales support for policy changes and claims.

*Reporting & Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records and reports of all business activities.
