Job Title: Relationship Manager

Company: Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance (ABSLI)

Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹29,000 per month (In-hand) + Attractive Incentives


Job Summary:


The Relationship Manager will be responsible for converting leads shared by the Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) team into successful life insurance sales.

The role involves close coordination with internal sales teams to promote Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance (ABSLI) products to potential customers.

The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensure smooth lead conversions, and contribute to the overall revenue growth of ABSLI.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend and follow up on leads shared by the VRM tele-calling team.
  • Explain ABSLI products to customers and recommend suitable insurance plans.
  • Collaborate closely with the internal sales team to generate and convert leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the Sales Head and team members of the assigned business unit.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide post-sale support.
  • Adhere to company policies, compliance, and regulatory guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Life Insurance Sales (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in the local language and basic English communication.
  • Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
  • Age: Below 33 years.
