Hocco is Hiring- Dispatch Executive / Supervisor

Job Location - Manufacturing Plant- Bavla

Job Purpose

To supervise and control day-to-day dispatch operations ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient deliveries while maintaining product quality, documentation accuracy, and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily dispatch planning as per orders / indents.
• Allocate vehicles and coordinate with transporters / logistics partners.
• Ensure proper loading, stacking, and handling of goods as per SOP.
• Monitor cold chain temperature and hygiene conditions (if applicable).
• Ensure FIFO / FEFO compliance during dispatch.
• Verify invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills and dispatch documents.
• Track vehicles and ensure timely delivery of consignments.
• Maintain dispatch records, MIS reports, and stock movement registers.
• Handle returns, shortages, damages, and escalate where required.
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales, production, QA, teams.
• Ensure manpower discipline and effective utilization.
• Implement safety, hygiene, and compliance standards.
