Plant Head Executive

We are looking for an experienced Plant In-Charge to handle day-to-day operations of our silica sand processing plant. The candidate will be responsible for production execution, manpower handling, quality monitoring, basic maintenance coordination, and safety compliance as per company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Plant Operations

• Supervise daily operations of silica sand processing including washing, screening, grading, drying, and packing.

• Ensure smooth running of plant shifts and achievement of daily production targets.

• Monitor material flow, machine performance, and plant housekeeping.

Quality Control

• Ensure output meets required specifications (mesh size, moisture, SiO₂ %).

• Coordinate with lab or quality personnel for sampling and testing.

• Take corrective actions for quality deviations.

Manpower & Shift Management

• Allocate manpower for shifts and ensure discipline and productivity.

• Supervise operators, helpers, and contract labor.

• Train workers on operational procedures and safety practices.

Maintenance Coordination

• Coordinate with mechanical and electrical teams for preventive and breakdown maintenance.

• Report machine issues and follow up for timely repairs.

• Maintain basic maintenance and downtime records.
