Job Responsibilties

Warehouse Executive – In Dispatch

1. Manage receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished ice cream products in the warehouse.
2. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock management through FIFO/FEFO practices.
3. Monitor and maintain cold storage conditions to ensure quality and integrity of temperature-sensitive ice cream products.
4. Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure timely material availability and smooth plant operations.
5. Supervise loading and unloading activities and ensure safe handling of materials to prevent damage or wastage.
6. Maintain proper documentation such as GRN, stock registers, delivery challans, and system entries for all warehouse transactions.
7. Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
8. Ensure warehouse cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety and quality standards.
9. Implement warehouse safety practices including proper stacking, pallet management, and adherence to EHS guidelines.
10. Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and inventory control procedures.
