Data Entry / MIS

Key Responsibilities

• Data Management & Reporting: Develop, maintain, and update daily, weekly, or monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
• Data Analysis: Interpret complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to management.
• Data Integrity: Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across multiple sources.
• Automation: Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency.
• Technical Support: Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot data issues and enhance system performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, VBA/Macros) is crucial. Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView) are highly desired.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze large datasets and problem-solve.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience: Usually 1–4 years of experience in MIS, data management, or business analysis roles.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills to present data insights and the ability to work under pressure. BFSI Sector Skill Council of India (BFSI SSC) +9
