As a Merchant Executive, you will onboard merchants and train them on how to use the Airtel Payment Bank app to transact.

Responsibilities:

Visit retail stores and convince merchants to use the app.

Provide training to merchants on app functionalities.

Ensure compliance with the beat plan and fieldwork schedule.

Requirements:

Must have completed a minimum of 12th grade.

Fresher to 6 months of experience, preferably in B2B sales or market fieldwork.

Basic English communication skills and proficiency in the local language.

Presentable with good market knowledge.
