Job Overview:Motion Education, Beawar is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to increase student admissions for NEET & JEE coaching programs through strong outreach, school visits, counseling, and marketing initiatives. The role demands hands-on experience in the coaching/education industry, student counseling skills, and basic digital marketing knowledge.

• Key Responsibilities:1. Student Outreach & AdmissionsGenerate student leads and convert them into admissions for NEET/JEE courses
• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students and parents
• Clearly explain course structure, faculty strength, results, and fee plans
• 2. School & Institutional OutreachRegular visits to schools, hostels, libraries, and education hubs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, teachers, and counselors
• Organize seminars, demo classes, career guidance sessions, and admission drives
• 3. Marketing & PromotionPlan and execute offline marketing activities (posters, banners, pamphlets, events)
• Support digital marketing efforts such as:

• Lead follow-ups from social media
• WhatsApp campaigns
• Basic Instagram/Facebook promotion understanding
• 4. Parent InteractionHandle parent meetings professionally
• Address doubts regarding academics, results, fees, and career prospects
• 5. Reporting & TargetsMaintain daily outreach and admission reports
• Achieve monthly and seasonal admission targets
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Experience:
• 
  
• Minimum 1–3 years experience in coaching industry sales/marketing (NEET/JEE preferred)
• Freshers with strong local network and sales skills may also apply
