Job Description:

We are looking for a Quality Supervisor for our Gujarat location who can efficiently manage manpower and ensure smooth operations within the quality department. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of quality processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle senior-level customer interactions with confidence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily quality activities on the shop floor.
• Lead and guide the quality team to maintain product and process standards.
• Coordinate with customers to address quality concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare and maintain quality reports and documentation.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety, and discipline standards.

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in the quality department.
• Strong knowledge of quality processes, inspection methods, and documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage senior-level customers.
• Confident and disciplined personality with leadership qualities.
• Punctual and responsible towards assigned duties.
• Must be available for immediate joining.

Working Hours:

• 8 hours per day (General Shift)
