Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Professional with a proven track record in achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, a positive and proactive attitude, and a strong analytical mindset. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can effectively represent the organization and drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives.



Basic Requirements

  • Demonstrated track record of consistent sales performance and target achievement
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (evaluation through a formal presentation)
  • Positive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Self-starter with strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision



Roles and Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure high standards of customer satisfaction
  • Conduct sales and marketing calls to generate leads and schedule client meetings
  • Perform regular follow-ups through calls, emails, and meetings to build long-term client relationships
  • Visit prospective, new, and existing customers to identify and close business opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to enhance customer experience at the point of sale
  • Monitor and review sales activity plans to improve individual and team sales effectiveness
  • Develop and implement monthly and annual sales targets aligned with business objectives
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth goals
  • Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate product and service solutions
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and industry developments
  • Build and maintain strong visibility within professional and business communities
  • Conduct onsite software demonstrations and presentations of products, solutions, and services
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s offerings and the broader IT and software market

 

 



 

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in selling software products
  • Prior experience in IT / Software Sales will be an added advantage
  • Experience in selling Core Banking Software, Accounting Software, ERP, HMS, or TMS solutions is highly preferred
  • Strong network and existing industry contacts will be an advantage
  • Willingness to travel as required for sales and reporting purposes
  • Candidate must visit Belgaum once a week for reporting and coordination
  • Work location may be assigned based on the candidate’s preference or hometown
