Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Professional with a proven track record in achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, a positive and proactive attitude, and a strong analytical mindset. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can effectively represent the organization and drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Basic Requirements
- Demonstrated track record of consistent sales performance and target achievement
- Strong communication and presentation skills (evaluation through a formal presentation)
- Positive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Self-starter with strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Roles and Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure high standards of customer satisfaction
- Conduct sales and marketing calls to generate leads and schedule client meetings
- Perform regular follow-ups through calls, emails, and meetings to build long-term client relationships
- Visit prospective, new, and existing customers to identify and close business opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to enhance customer experience at the point of sale
- Monitor and review sales activity plans to improve individual and team sales effectiveness
- Develop and implement monthly and annual sales targets aligned with business objectives
- Plan and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth goals
- Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate product and service solutions
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and industry developments
- Build and maintain strong visibility within professional and business communities
- Conduct onsite software demonstrations and presentations of products, solutions, and services
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s offerings and the broader IT and software market
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience in selling software products
- Prior experience in IT / Software Sales will be an added advantage
- Experience in selling Core Banking Software, Accounting Software, ERP, HMS, or TMS solutions is highly preferred
- Strong network and existing industry contacts will be an advantage
- Willingness to travel as required for sales and reporting purposes
- Candidate must visit Belgaum once a week for reporting and coordination
- Work location may be assigned based on the candidate’s preference or hometown
