Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, building relationships with potential clients, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the management.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and address any concerns promptly.
  • Follow up with leads to convert them into sales.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to better serve customers.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.


Educational Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
