Sales Back Office Coordinator

About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Sales Back Office Coordinator to support our sales team with order processing, customer communication, and administrative tasks. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and track customer orders
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
- Maintain CRM records and ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and production teams
- Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support
What We’re Looking For
- PUC/ Diploma /Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination or back-office support preferably Automobiles
- Strong MS Office,SAP and CRM skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills
