Barista Cum Steward

Key Responsibilities:

Beverage Preparation:

Crafting espresso drinks, drip coffee, teas, and specialty drinks according to recipes and customer requests.

Customer Service: Greeting customers, taking orders accurately, answering questions, providing recommendations, and processing payments.

Equipment Operation: Using espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and POS systems efficiently.

Cleanliness & Maintenance: Sanitizing workstations, equipment, and seating areas, plus restocking supplies like beans, cups, and milk.

Food Handling: Preparing simple food items (pastries, sandwiches) and adhering to health/safety regulations.

Teamwork: Collaborating with other staff to ensure smooth operations and a positive environment. 

Essential Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Attention to detail for drink orders.

Passion for coffee and customer satisfaction. 

Typical Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent often preferred.
