Job Summary: As a Retail Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience within our retail environment. You will be responsible for promoting and selling products, meeting sales targets, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced retail setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent Customer Service
• Actively engage customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Promote and sell products to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional items to enhance the customer's purchase.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product features, and specifications.
• Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and competitor products.
• Ensure products are properly displayed and organised on shelves.
• Implement effective merchandising strategies to attract customers.
• Monitor and report on inventory levels to support replenishment efforts.
• Set and achieve sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Must adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure compliance and consistency in sales processes.

EDUCATION:

• Minimum Education :- 12th and Above 

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum Work Experience :- 6 months (Freshers can apply)
• Maximum Experience :- 1 Year in Retail Store 

SKILLS REQUIRED: 

• Language known: Kannada, Hindi & Marathi (Must know at least two languages) 
• Good communication skills
• Great in Dealing with People.
• Must be Energetic 
• Must have Sales Skills 
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
