🔑 Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare daily meals (breakfast & dinner) for approx. 100 people
• Cook Indian dishes including dal, roti, sabji, rice, chicken, etc.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
• Manage kitchen inventory and ensure timely preparation of meals
• Follow proper portioning and cooking guidelines
• Coordinate with staff for meal planning and requirements
• Ensure consistent taste and quality of food
