Field Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dairy business. The ideal

candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of dairy products, expanding our

customer base, and building long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, and institutional

clients.

Key Responsibilities:

 Responsible for visiting retailers and distributors to book daily orders of dairy/FMCG products.

Ensures timely reporting, accurate order collection, and strong customer relationship management.

 Identify potential markets and customers to increase sales volume and reach.

 Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.

 Conduct regular market visits to ensure product visibility and availability.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

 Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

 Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure timely deliveries.

 Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and market insights to management.

 Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategies to maintain competitive edge.

Key Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

 1–3 years of sales experience in the FMCG or dairy sector preferred.

 Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 Knowledge of local markets and distribution networks.

 Ability to work independently and travel extensively.

 Basic understanding of dairy products and their value propositions.
