Medical Lab Technician

Testwell Diagnostics is seeking an experienced Senior Medical Lab Technician with over 10 years of proven expertise to join our leadership team in the role of Technical In-charge and Quality Manager. This pivotal position requires a hands-on leader to oversee daily technical operations and ensure the highest standards of diagnostic accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring strict compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards (such as NABL/ISO 15189), managing internal and external audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role also involves supervising and mentoring all technical staff, overseeing equipment validation and maintenance, managing laboratory inventory, and acting as the primary authority for troubleshooting complex analytical issues.
