Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Coordinator to manage front-office operations

and support daily administrative activities. The ideal candidate will handle communication,

maintain office records, coordinate tasks efficiently, and ensure smooth functioning of the office

environment.

Key Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, telephone handling, data entry, document

management, administrative coordination, multitasking, time management, and proficiency in

basic computer applications.

Roles and Responsibilities

 Handle incoming phone calls, greet visitors, and assist clients professionally.

 Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and office communication.

 Perform data entry, filing, scanning, photocopying, and maintain accurate office records.

 Oversee office supplies, inventory, and ensure timely replenishment.

 Support executives and staff with documentation, scheduling, and general administrative

tasks.

 Maintain an organized, clean, and professional office environment.
