Job Description
Job Title:Receptionist cum Hair & Skin Therapist
Company: Sigma6 – Partner Clinic of Dr. Batra’s
Location: Nehru Nagar & Tilakwadi Branches
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (extendable based on patient flow)
Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic, presentable, and result-oriented Receptionist cum Hair & Skin Therapist who will handle front desk operations, perform hair & skin therapies using medical machines, manage patient coordination, and support clinic operations. The candidate must be confident in communication, patient handling, sales conversion, and daily clinic administration.
Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Handling & Front Desk
- Greet and assist patients professionally.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments.
- Share daily appointment updates in the WhatsApp group one day in advance.
- Handle aggressive or dissatisfied patients smartly and calmly.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and high service quality.
Communication & Sales
- Must have strong communication skills in at least two languages.
- Do daily calling to acquire new patients and follow up with existing patients.
- Convince and convert patients to opt for treatment plans.
- Collect part payments independently and ensure timely follow-ups.
Therapy & Clinical Support
- Perform hair and skin therapies using medical machines (training will be provided if needed).
- Learn and manage blister packing of medicines.
- Assist doctors and therapists in clinical procedures when required.
Clinic Operations & Administration
- Maintain clinic cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation.
- Supervise cleaning staff and ensure clinic is fully functional at all times.
- Organize and maintain documents, files, and materials.
- Manage stock, pharmacy items, and consumables.
- Discard expired products as per protocol.
- Handle billing, basic accounting, and record maintenance.
- Prepare and submit monthly billing records to GST accounting.
Branch Flexibility
- Must be ready to work at both Nehru Nagar and Tilakwadi branches as per requirement.
- Work Rules & DisciplineWorking days: No leaves on Saturday & Sunday
- Weekly off: Wednesday or Thursday
- Only 1 paid leave per month (no carry forward, prior approval mandatory)
- Leave without informing will lead to penalty up to 2 days’ salary deduction
- No mobile phone usage during working hours
- Phone must be deposited and can be collected during lunch break and at office exit time
- Must maintain neat, tidy, and professional dress and appearance at all times
- Contract & TermsMust sign a 6-month notice period contract
- One-time deduction of Rs. 1500 from salary as recruitment charges at the start
- Skills & Qualities RequiredExcellent communication and convincing skills
- Patient, polite, and professional attitude
- Ability to handle pressure and difficult patients
- Organized, responsible, and proactive
- Willingness to learn about the medical and aesthetic field
- Basic knowledge of billing, records, and stock management is a plus
